OUTPATIENT THERAPIST
Your Role
The Outpatient Therapist will participate in a full continuum of care by facilitating group therapy, individual therapy, assessment, and case management, as well as, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Active state licensure – LAC, LACa, LCAC, LCACa, LCSW, LMHC, LMHCa, LMFT, or MSW, LSW
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical role preferred
- Experience in Substance use disorder field preferred
- Competency with Google products
- Comfortable working with electronic health records
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Personal passion or interest in substance abuse issues strongly preferred
- Commitment to drug-free lifestyle
- Authorization to work in the US is required
Responsibilities
Our therapists plan, conduct, and improve intensive groups, relapse prevention groups, and individual therapy sessions for patients. This role works independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of an integrating team.
Our Therapists:
- Are responsible for a set of assigned patients
- Select appropriate treatment modalities and carry them out in individual sessions
- Assist with all discharge planning patient needs including FMLA, Short Term Disability, and Sober Housing needs
- Attend Treatment Team meetings as needed
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with everyone, especially on the treatment teams
- Work cooperatively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
- Do additional duties as assigned
- Report directly to the Clinical Director
Compensation: $57,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
